• www.enviro-friendly.com   Enviro Friendly Products supply a wide range of water and energy saving products including the Endless Solar Evacuated Tube Solar Hot Water Systems which have been installed in several house built by Paton Constructions.
• www.yourhome.gov.au/index.html   A suite of consumer and technical guide materials and tools developed by the Australian Greenhouse Office to encourage the design, construction or renovation of homes to be comfortable, healthy and more environmentally sustainable.
• www.sustainablehouseday.com   This is an excellant site to find sustainable energy efficient homes that can be visited each year, generally early spring – September. This is a great opportunity to see the results of good design and hear from the owners “How much better an energy efficient home is to live in”.
• www.scinergy.com.au   Jenny Edwards can do plan approval “Energy Efficient Ratings” which will let you know how efficient a design might be before construction starts. Jenny can also do ” Air leakage testing” to minimise your warm internal winter air escaping. Thermal imaging can also be done to evaluate your insulation and find any cold spots in your homes insulated shell, where you could be losing heat in winter, or gaining heat in summer.
